HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK)– A 2-year-old woman is dead after authorities stated she was struck while her sibling was leaving a parking area in southeast Houston on Saturday evening.

According to the Houston Authorities Division, the case took place right before 10 p.m. at an apartment building on the 7900 block of Leonora.

Authorities stated the family members was dumping their grocery stores while the 2-year-old woman and one more brother or sister were playing.
