HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK)– A guy was fired and eliminated while purportedly attempting to burglarize an individual in Midtown on Wednesday night.

Authorities claim at regarding 5:30 p.m., a guy came close to an additional guy and introduced a burglary. Authorities claim the guy being burglarized fired the claimed burglar.

Skyeye flew over the scene at 2220 Key Road near Webster, where a body seemed pushing the ground.

According to Houston authorities, the shooter remained at the scene and gave up to police officers.
