Austin Fire and ATC EMS replied to records of a having a hard time paddleboarder without a life vest in the water of Woman Bird Lake near the I-35 bridge.
The grown-up went under the water and did not return up.
ATC EMS reported that the occurrence changed from a rescue to recuperation soon after 6:30 p.m.
