BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK)– A Baytown male has actually been apprehended months after his fiancé’s murder.
Authorities state Ty Vaughn, 31, fired 27-year-old Luis Banos Norberto in the face on Jan. 14 and afterwards attempted to make it resemble a self-destruction.
