DALLAS– A 17-year-old remains in wardship after Dallas cops state he fatally fired somebody Monday evening while they were both in a car.
Cops were called concerning the capturing at roughly 11 p.m. in the 17500 block of Dallas Parkway, where the target was located shot. The target was required to a regional healthcare facility, where they passed away.
The suspect, 17-year-old Frank Molina Pacheco, apparently fired the target while they were both in the car in the 3500 block of Timberglen Roadway, cops claimed.
The suspect apparently attempted driving to a regional healthcare facility however collapsed in the 12500 block of Dallas Parkway. Cops detained Pacheco and billed him with wrongful death.
Police claimed the target’s name will certainly not be launched pending the household being informed.
