HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK)– A male charged of shooting a tool near homes in northeast Houston is dead after he was fired by cops, according to authorities.

The Houston Authorities Division claimed it got a phone call at concerning 7:57 a.m. Sunday, concerning an individual shooting a tool in the yard in the 5800 block of Hartwick.
