AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Authorities Division is supplying an upgrade on the officer-involved capturing that occurred in North Austin on October 12.
The backstory:
Right before 3 a.m. on October 12, an Austin Law enforcement officer saw a drive-by capturing at North Creek Dr. and E. Rundberg Lane.
The policeman complied with the suspect’s auto as it was transforming best onto Parkfield Dr.
Exiting the auto, the policeman offered commands to the person, which caused the policeman shooting 2 shots.
The suspicious repelled from the scene, yet the car was discovered a brief time later parked on a side road.
Policemans discovered an individual with a gunfire to the neck inside the auto. Authorities state they are not exactly sure if the gunfire was from the policeman or from the preliminary capturing.
That individual was required to the health center for their injuries.
