Within a min of the capturing, cops claim a moms and dad took on the shooter.
One moms and dad informs Eyewitness Information he and 3 others limited the suspect and seized his tool.
The competitors was terminated, and no trainees were harmed.
The suspect has yet to be openly determined, however cops claim he does not show up to have any type of link to the institution.
