Philly policemans invest Xmas Day providing presents to children

PHILLY, Pennsylvania– Captain Stuart McCoullum matured around the 14th cops area of Philly and currently acts as its commander.

And yearly, his group does something unique for youngsters on Xmas Day.

It’s a practice that goes back over twenty years in the 14th area. It’s enabled by their neighborhood relationships group, the Cops Area Advisory Council, and the cops pastors.
