The backstory:
CEDAR PARK, Texas – The accident occurred on February 15 at around twelve o’clock at night on the 183 Interstate near Scottsdale.
Cedar Park authorities claim 2 automobiles were taking a trip southbound.
One lorry was apparently going 100 miles per hour while one more tried to pass it around 140 miles per hour.
The vehicle driver of the lorry that was attempting to pass, blown up and struck a guardrail.
Authorities determined the individual that passed away at the scene as 19-year-old Jacob Langford.
