SAN JACINTO, Texas (KTRK)– Fire teams are fighting a wildfire in San Jacinto Region after at the very least 1,300 acres were shed on Wednesday mid-day.
The wildfire is taking place northwest of FM 1725 and Alsobrooks Roadway in San Jacinto Region, according to Montgomery Region authorities.
At 8:16 p.m., authorities claimed the wildfire was 10% consisted of.
SkyEye flew over the scene, where 2 Kind 3 helicopters were seen going down water at the Sam Houston National Park.
The Texas A&& M Woodland Solution claimed firemens are functioning to produce a control line, while helicopters go down water from over.
Since 9:46 p.m., authorities claim that at the very least 300 homes have actually been endangered by the wildfire.
A sanctuary opened up in Coldspring around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, according to authorities.
