AUSTIN (Austin Service Journal)– Siete is formally component of PepsiCo Inc.

The international food and drink business revealed strategies to obtain Austin-grown Garza Food Ventures LLC, referred to as Siete, late in 2015– a $1.2 billion bargain that was completed Jan. 17. It’s vague if Siete will certainly relocate its head office or remain to be based in Austin.

” We like the Siete brand name for the exact same factor numerous faithful customers do and are committed to protecting its unique qualities while making the brand name much more commonly offered and easily accessible on a wider range,” claimed Steven Williams, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo The United States And Canada, in a declaration.
