HARRIS AREA, Texas (KTRK)– A claim affirms Ward sexually attacked a lady and was thought to be high up on meth– all while their 3-year-old kid was inside her home.
As opposed to locating the football on protection, Texans Safety and security Jimmie Ward currently discovers himself at the facility of a civil claim after being jailed two times in 2 months.
According to a suit submitted in Harris Area, Ward is being implicated of both literally and sexually attacking Cristy West numerous times this year.
It claims West and the Texans’ protective back were with each other for several years and share a three-year-old kid.
Court documents reveal Ward was jailed on June 12 for a residential attack fee. While private investigators really did not give particular information at the time, according to a suit, he barged right into West’s home in Montgomery Area, and his actions was referred to as unpredictable and hostile.
” On that particular evening, she thought he was drunk of methamphetamines, particularly, crystal meth,” the claim mentions.
That very same day, the claim claims, Ward put and choked West, all while their kid was asleep. In the claim, West declares that Ward intimidated to eliminate her and required her to do a sex act.
In the claim, she declares a drug-fueled outburst followed.
” Ward leapt out of bed and started looking for her phone, implicating her of speaking to various other guys,” the claim claims.
West claims she got their kid, ran outside nude and hurt, and called 911.
Ward was at some point jailed and landed behind bars once more after a case previously this month, where he was implicated of alcohol consumption and calling her, which private investigators state breached his bond contract.
