    Practically a month after tragic floodings in the Texas Hillside Nation brushed up away regional homeowners, out-of-towners and summertime campers in Kerr Region, Texas Rangers have actually launched the names of the 119 individuals that shed their lives.

    On July 4, hefty rainfall triggered the Guadalupe River to increase 36 feet, striking Kerr Region the hardest.
